AI Output to Value

Make the claim the evidence supports.

One standard for human and AI work: judge the process and the evidence.

  1. AccessYou have the tool.
  2. OutputSomething was produced.
  3. DeliverableThe artifact was checked.
  4. Operating capabilityIt works repeatedly.
  5. OutcomeSomeone sees a measured change.
  6. ValueThat change has evidenced worth.

Six rungs, six different claims

Access means having a tool. Output means producing something. A checked artifact can establish a Deliverable.

Operating capability needs repeated operation. Outcome needs a measured change for someone. Value needs evidence of what that change is worth.

The claim on this site

A fixture supports a claim about that file and those app versions. A passing check supports the property it checks.

Milleleaf has checked projects and real-file fixtures. It has no measured user Outcome or Value to claim. Planned features stay labelled planned.

Worked case: Keystone

Every verdict in Keystone, whether a clash, an IDS failure, a carbon figure or a revision change, is a finding with its evidence one click away, and a person decides each one.

The video is a Deliverable: a checked demonstration on sample models. It is not an Outcome on a live project.
